Acceptance of Terms

By using ImagenGIF (imagengifai.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

ImagenGIF is an AI GIF generator. You type a prompt and the service uses OpenAI's GPT-Image-2.6 through the OpenAI API to make a looping animated GIF or a still picture. ImagenGIF is an independent service and is not affiliated with OpenAI or Google. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use ImagenGIF. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for everything done with your account. Tell us right away if you see activity you did not make.

Content Rules

Do not use ImagenGIF to make, or try to make:

• sexual or nude content of anyone;
• images of minors;
• images of real, identifiable people, including public figures and celebrities;
• copyrighted characters, trademarks or logos you do not have the right to use;
• hateful, harassing, threatening or violent content;
• content meant to deceive, such as fake news images or impersonation;
• anything illegal where you or the viewer live.

Prompts are checked before a generation runs, and OpenAI applies its own safety system. A blocked prompt or image uses no credits. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules or keep trying to get around the checks.

Credits and Payment

• GIFs and pictures are paid with credits: 3 credits for a Standard GIF, 6 for an HD GIF, 1 for a Standard picture and 2 for an HD picture. The pricing page shows current prices.
• Credits come in one-time packs. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• Pack credits never expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Failed or blocked generations return their credits automatically. Other refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Ownership of What You Make

As between you and us, you own the GIFs and pictures you generate, to the extent the law allows, and you can use them for personal or commercial purposes. AI images may look like other images, and some places do not grant copyright to AI-generated work, so we cannot promise that a result is unique or protectable. You are responsible for how you use and share your files.

You give us a limited license to store and process your prompts and files only to run the service for you.

Intellectual Property

The ImagenGIF site, brand, design and code belong to us. GPT-Image-2.6 and ChatGPT are names of OpenAI products, used here only to describe the model the service runs on.

Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can close your account at any time by emailing support@imagengifai.com. Unused pack credits on an account closed for breaking the content rules are not refunded.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". AI output can be wrong, odd or different from what you asked for. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell signed-in users through the service.
