Email support@imagengifai.com for anything about your account, a GIF, billing or your data. Write from the email address you signed in with, so we can find your account. We reply within two business days.

This is the only official contact for ImagenGIF at imagengifai.com. ImagenGIF is not affiliated with OpenAI or Google, and we cannot help with ChatGPT accounts or payments.

Report a GIF

Email support@imagengifai.com with the subject "Report" if a GIF made here:

• shows you, or someone you represent, without consent;
• shows a minor, or a public figure or celebrity;
• contains sexual, hateful or threatening content;
• copies a character, trademark or logo you own.

Include the file link or a screenshot and say why it breaks the rules. We review every report, delete files that break our rules, and close the accounts that made them.

Delete your GIFs or account

Generated files stay in your account until you ask us to delete them. To delete your GIFs, your history or your whole account, email us from your account address. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long.

Billing and refunds

Failed or blocked generations are refunded as credits automatically. For anything else about a payment, see the Refund Policy or email us with your order date and the email you paid with.
