Refund Policy
When ImagenGIF refunds credits and payments: failed or blocked GIFs come back automatically, and unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days.

Failed and blocked generations are refunded automatically
A Standard GIF uses 3 credits, an HD GIF 6, and a still picture 1 or 2. If a generation fails, times out, or is blocked by a safety check, its credits go back to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.
Unused credit packs
Credits from packs never expire. If you bought a pack by mistake and have not used any of its credits, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the payment in full.
Used credits
A GIF or picture that was generated uses its credits, because each one has a real compute cost. If a result came out broken (frames that do not move, a corrupted file, text that is badly misspelled on the text to GIF tool), email us the date and the prompt and we will return the credits.
No subscriptions
ImagenGIF sells one-time credit packs only. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no renewal charge.
How to ask
Email support@imagengifai.com from the address on your account with the order date and what went wrong. We reply within two business days. Approved card refunds usually reach your account in 5 to 10 business days.
